Information Communication Technician (Level 3)

During your training you shall develop your skills to be able to prioritise, problem solve and work closely with your colleagues in various different departments.
This position shall have high customer interaction, you will learn to be a key representative of our brand. You shall become confident and assured with a positive attitude, honing your excellent phone manner, develop your attention to detail as well as a willingness to help both your colleagues and our customers.
You will learn a variety of software; Microsoft Business Central, Office 365, Salesforce, teamviewer as well as learning our own all in one dental software platform Romexis
This role is predominantly an office based position but there may-be some travel for training and occasional site visits to assist our technical team on installations, repairs or to gain a wider knowledge of Planmeca UK Ltd. Once travel restrictions are completely removed, there may be a requirement to travel to our head office in Finland for training.
Weekly wage: £192.00
Working week: 9am to 5pm with ½ hr unpaid lunch, Monday to Friday
Total hours per week: 37.50
Expected duration: 21 months
