Customer facing role
You will work alongside experienced colleagues, going to see clients and assist them with IT related issues
You will learn to provide technical support over the phone, remote access, onsite visits and suggest other products and services.
The job involves things such as:
Configuration & maintenance of PC’s, server and other IT related equipment.
Ensuring software and hardware is kept up to date and is reliable and appropriate.
Maintaining and control itinerary of client’s hardware.
Maintaining and updating system logs of IT related documentation throughout the company.
Administrative tasks as required.
Undertake any other responsibilities that may be required from time to time, which are commensurate with the level of this appointment.
Experience of PC based hardware (Fault finding & upgrades desktops and laptops)
Driving License or a willingness to learn
