This is a fantastic opportunity to get started in events administration and gain a Level 3 Events Assistant qualification at the same time. You will gain hands on experience of the diverse range of tasks necessary to plan, organise and deliver our internationally renowned Intensive Courses which run annually during Spring, Summer and Winter holidays in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Korea.
You will also be enrolled on a Level 3 Events Assistant and supported in your learning journey by both The School and your tutor via the Apprenticeship provider.
With a can-do attitude, you will be confident in organising your workload and managing conflicting deadlines. People skills are crucial as this role involves working with a wide range of people both within the Royal Ballet School and externally. You will be willing to work hard, to commit to learning and be flexible to meet the demands of the events cycle throughout the year.
Salary £15,000 per annum
Duration Two years fixed term, dependent always on the continuation of the Apprenticeship programme
Hours Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Holidays 30 days per annum
Eligibility: You must be 18 years old and cannot not have completed a university degree or equivalent level qualification in the UK or elsewhere
