This role will serve a vital role within our existing world class customer support team. The individual will be a key member of the team and will be tasked with providing first line customer support for our peer to peer fundraising platforms, in addition to this they will be required to liaise with colleague and provide reports on weekly activity from a variety of CMS systems. They should have a real passion for customer service and previous experience of content management systems would be hugely beneficial.
Skills required for this apprenticeship:
- Learn and provide first line support for the company' s peer to peer fundraising solutions
- Provide weekly progress reports on case volume and high contact areas to allow management to tailor support offering.
- Take ownership of case logging CMS systems and liaise with colleagues and clients to provide case updates where appropriate.
- Assist with the on-boarding of clients by taking an active role in account and contact creation
Scotland - You must have at least 5 standard grades at level 1-3, or equivalent, including Maths and English
Training to be provided:
Scotland - Systems &Networking Apprenticeship Level 3 - | ( MCSA)in Windows 7 Configuration | Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 | Diploma for Information Technology &Telecommunications Professionals SCQF Level 6
37.5 hours (Monday - Friday, 9 - 5: 30)
