Your primary role will be to provide 1st and some 2nd line technical support to our staff and students, to facilitate teaching and learning by providing an effective service under the direction of the Network Manager.
To provide telephone support / in person support at the site
To assist the network manager in any IT projects
To carry out basic computer hardware repairs
To troubleshoot basic software issues
To perform basic user administration on our Active Directory system

5 GCSE's A-C, including English and Maths
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 36 hours per week
At the end of the apprenticeship programme, a permanent position will be offered to the right individual.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
