IT Support Apprentice - London Bridge

Duties to include:

  • Customer Service: including answering calls, dealing with clients, logging tickets 
  • 1st Line Support: desktop support, remote support for clients. PC reinstalls, hardware and software upgrades
  • 2nd Line Support: problem resolution, basic server administration, administration of cloud services
  • Third Party Support: dealing with third parties with respect to warranties and IT support
  • Administration: carry out the necessary administration for your role including timesheets, ticket resolutions and other technical or procedural documentation
