• Unemployed & not in education
• Highest qualification L3 or below
Initial online training is followed by a four-week placement with Pinatte Solutions which includes CompTIA A+ qualification to become a qualified Technical Support Worker . Level-2 Customer Service, Level 1 Maintaining personal wellbeing, and English/ Maths up to Level 2 if needed.
Technical Support The industry standard for establishing a career in IT, this is the preferred qualifying credential for technical support and IT operational roles. Having IT certifications makes a great first impression when you’re looking for a job.
Vocational training is delivered online at the moment, it includes a Customer Service award to demonstrate competence and communication skills. Don’t let any worries put you off, if you need basic skills training, we can provide that too, in small supportive cohorts.
Real-world work experience
Qualifications help you find jobs, work experience and references can be even more valuable. That is why our traineeship includes a workplacement, working on IT projects and responding to real-world support requests.
