08:30 – 16:30

Monday to Friday

Job Purpose

To maintain candidate compliance

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining the everyday compliance
  • Applying for fitness to work certificates
  • Contact with candidates
  • Arranging mandatory training courses for candidates to attend
  • Verifying documents
  • Managing and applying for DBS checks
  • Maintaining a CRM system
  • General administrative duties – responding to emails, answering phone calls, scanning documents
  • Maintaining compliance forms ensuring they’re up to date with current legislative and framework requirements
  • Issuing candidate documentation – handbooks and ID badges
  • Liaising with recruitment team
  • Liaising with third party clients
  • Greeting visitors

Person Specification:

  • Ability to multi-task, be self-motivated and have good attention to detail
  • Good at working to deadlines and working with KPIs
  • Friendly personality with an ability to work closely with other teams in the company, candidates and other third party clients
