Designed to give you complete knowledge, this course covers essential skills and knowledge to progress toward a career in the Fitness Industry.
This qualification is to train learners, who already have knowledge and skills in fitness instruction, to a professionally competent level to plan and deliver safe and effective group cycling sessions.
The course will be taught by industry professionals, who will ensure you develop yourself both professionally and personally, learning a range of skills which will leave you ready for employment with many of the fitness industries leading companies.
You will be provided with a t-shirt to wear whilst you are at college and any theory materials you need to complete the course.
The course runs over 2 full days.
A Level 2 Fitness Instructing qualification, alongside a good level of English, successful interview and initial assessment. Potential learners need to be able to demonstrate dedication and commitment to learning and have aspirations to work and progress into the industry.
This course provides the essential knowledge and understanding needed to add Studio Cycling to your Fitness Instructing qualification. The units that you study will provide you with the skills to lead group cycling sessions in various gyms and health clubs across the UK.

On completion of this course, you will gain a Level 2 Award in Studio Cycling.
Studio Cycling requires a qualification to practice professionally – and this course will give you excellent general skills, which you can start to use in employment. You can then progress onto a Level 3 Health and Fitness Diploma, to become fully qualified and registered on REPs.
