Based across our Technology Enterprise Services function, our apprentices will receive mentoring and training within their role in addition to classroom training to achieve their Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship – all within 18 months.
Through the Business Administration apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to gain the knowledge, skills and qualifications to become fully competent in one of several roles across TES, in a customer-interfacing or internal process role.
We have roles available in our central office-based Field, Delivery Assurance, and Standard Delivery Services teams. As part of these teams you will be able to learn a variety of skills through engaging with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating and supporting teams and projects, and simplifying/streamlining processes.
What we are looking for
We are looking for self-starters with a keen sense of collaboration, a desire to apply themselves to complex problem-solving, with great communication and organisation skills, and a passion for making the experience of our customers and stakeholders the best in the business.
You must be willing to apply yourself to a range of key service tasks across the role, consistently engaging with internal and external stakeholders to exceed expectations for our customers. You will lead on key efforts to align between internal TES teams as well as with external client relationships.
Top candidates will have the ability to learn quickly, resolving issues and offering new ideas to improve existing processes and ensure optimum efficiency. They will have high attention to detail while maintaining the ability to deliver quickly under time pressure. Above all, you should show a passion for Technology, and a desire to seek out challenges to motivate yourself.
What you will need
• You must be 18 years or over upon joining
• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C/4-9 including English & Maths
• You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject
• Be eligible to work in the UK and will not be in full-time education
