Our mission is to sell ‘Everything For Your Home At Discount Prices’ Our head office and 20,000 square foot warehouse is based in Huddersfield, near the town centre.”
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated hard worker to join our team and become our Apprentice Office Administrator. Your main role will be to use Excel Spreadsheets to edit information gathered from our supplier so the ability to use Excel would be a strong advantage. You will also use the internet to research on our competitors and then update this information on the product spreadsheets. You will also help out in Customer Service and your duties will include:
- Answering product enquiries by telephone and email.
– Handling customer complaints.
– Photocopying, filing and faxing.
You will also be required to do stock checks in the Warehouse.
You will be completing a Business Administration NVQ qualification. All training is done at the workplace, one of our assessors will come and visit you every 4 - 6 weeks. You will complete your qualification through basic observation, online tests and pieces of coursework to do in-between visits.
