Exciting opportunity to work within a team providing customer focused administration support to the Sales and Lettings department.
- Greet applicants
- Ensure the branch is kept clean and tidy
- Ensure all post is sorted and accounted for and delivered to the post office
- Update window cards
- Answer calls and take notes for colleagues
- Check admin e-mails
- Produce valuation letters
- Maintain the branch key system & sign out any keys ds
- Maintain lettings and sales files
- Load property pictures onto the CRM software and check floorplan
- Book and carry out 360 tours of properties
- Manage board movements
- Update white boards
Qualifications Required: 5 GCSE's or equivalents at 4/C grade of above, including maths and English.
