You will gain an apprenticeship in Business administration. The Property Assistant will be a key member of the Edinburgh Property Management Team providing support within the Branch. The Property Assistant be responsible for processing important admin within specific deadlines and assisting the Property Managers and Letting Negotiators at all times.Key Responsibilities: Answer call enquiries to the Branch ensuring highest customer serviceAssist with enquiries from both prospective and current tenantsProcess contractor invoices ensuring accurately logged and completed on SMEResponsible for ensuring all keys are accurately logged in and out of systemGenerate and send `Notice to Quit'documentation when requiredProcess prescribed information ensuring accurately registered & sent to tenantsAssist with taking payments and documenting correct property detailsEnsure all general admin is processed efficiently and saved accordinglyEnsure high customer service levels are maintained at all timesEnsure prompt and efficient admin is adhered to consistentlyWe care about our clients and take service very seriously and we expect all our suppliers to do the same.You are expected to fully participate in the Edinburgh Property Management Department and wider Property Team and be flexible in your approach to team playing.
