Vacancy full description:
Booking and administration support for the collection and delivery of stock between sites, manufacturers and internal depots.
Raise and manage Purchase Orders through the supply chain with Corp in France and suppliers in the UK.
Checking and updating the system with delivery dates and purchase orders.
Be the point of contact with suppliers in chasing outstanding orders and late deliveries.
Develop knowledge of 3rd party transport costs.
Respond quickly to resolve any problems with stock always looking for the most cost-effective solution.
Ensure where possible, transfers are made from regional stores to meet requirement and lower stock levels without incurring unnecessary expense.
Ensure that purchase invoices from Corp are reconciled with the load sheets, and invoices sent to the regional depots in good time for receipt.
Create new product codes for new stock lines in all warehouse.
Work with suppliers and accounts payable to resolve any invoice queries on a monthly basis.
Control the stock, issuing and servicing of works equipment to the various operational departments.
Administer National Perpetual Stock Counts on a weekly basis, monitoring any variances and escalating appropriately.
Achieve and manage weekly and monthly timescales to ensure tasks are completed and monitored in an efficient fashion.
Process installation picks in conjunction with CapEx requests received from development departments for all divisions of JC Decaux UK Ltd.
Proactively control, manage and complete several purchasing, logistics and stock based projects.
Pay: £243.75 per weekYou will be expected to learn and contribute to the control of the departments purchasing function. Including the planning and raising of stock purchase orders based on the stock usage records for all UK Depots. Sign-up or log in to apply
