Our Degree Apprenticeships are new to HSBC and offer you an alternative to full-time study at university. You’ll join a four-year structured programme which will provide you with customer-facing experience across four different functions in Commercial Banking and enable you to progress your career while working towards a professional qualification and a BSc from the London Institute of Banking and Finance.
Throughout your Apprenticeship you’ll be matched with a dedicated mentor and receive ongoing learning and development opportunities via a mixture of one-to-one tuition in the workplace, in a classroom, online, a dedicated study day or self-study with possible residentials at universities. You’ll receive a competitive salary and benefits and be supported in your final year to help you move into a permanent role at HSBC.
