At CT Furniture, our online retail business has been expanding rapidly. The opportunity has arisen for a Retail and E-commerce Assistant to join our busy and successful retail team. The role will involve advertising and processing online orders and further developing this growing area of the charity. This will include providing excellent customer service and the development of new online sales channels. -Photograph and upload items using the Charity Website and Ebay, ensuring photographs are to a high standard and items are listed correctly at all times. -Communicating verbally and via email written form regarding availability of items and condition of items throughout the whole sales process, being as transparent as possible with our customer base at all times. -Communicating with Warehouse Supervisors at each site regarding availability of items and ensuring new appropriate stock is uploaded onto the required platforms within required timescales. -Communicating with the relevant Warehouse Supervisors Office staff regarding local area sales, ensuring they are integrated with other deliveries in or as close to the required area as possible. -Sourcing couriers for out of area nationwide sales, adhering to delivery budgets and ensuring the customer is kept up to date at every point of the sales process. -Sending smaller items Via Hermes
