Job specification:

Apprenticeship job role:

The role involves assisting the sales and logistics team giving a solid foundation for future development based on sales, sales administration and order management. Full induction will be provided and training will be ongoing.

Dependent on the aptitude and enthusiasm of the individual it is hoped that they will develop to be a strong member of the sales and account management team.

My client strongly believe in employee development and see this role as the start of a long career in IT and one which this employer are keen to support even after the apprenticeship is complete. Rather than a job this is the start of a career in the IT field.

Skills required for this apprenticeship:

  • A passion for customer service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen interest in IT and computers
  • Enjoy learning about new technologies
  • Diligent, enthusiastic, outgoing
  • Personal gravitas and credibility
  • Enjoy working both in a team and autonomously
  • Ability to develop and maintain rapport with contacts
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Clean and valid driving license will be beneficial ( or working towards)

Qualifications required:

Ideally 5 GCSE Grades ( C and above)or equivalent, including Maths and English.

Training to be provided:

England - Professional Sales Level 3 Apprenticeship - | City &Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Sales | City &Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Sales

Apprenticeship duration:

12-14 months

Working week:

37.5 hours ( Monday - Friday, 9 - 5: 30)
