Egmont UK has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join the Sales Support team. Reporting to the Sales, Marketing & PR Director, the main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the UK and Export Sales Teams, facilitating a cohesive relationship with retailers, customers and agents, with customer satisfaction a priority. Successful applicants will be a key point of contact to assigned accounts, handling day to day queries and liaise with the company’s distributor, customers and account managers delivering against the company procedures and processes, in line with the company strategy.

In addition to being a fantastic team player, you will have strong communication skills, capable of engaging in progressive conversations and sharing ideas in a coherent and concise manner. Experience within fast paced, varied sales administration would be beneficial alongside a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Packages including; Excel, Word and Outlook.

The ideal candidate will:

o Be able to implement quick yet effective solutions to business challenges and day to day obstacles, whilst remaining focused and collected

o Maintain a high level of accuracy ensuring all assignments are conducted thoroughly and in line with Egmont’s core business ethics

o Have a determined and driven approach to achieving shared business strategies and independent objectives, displaying initiative and tenacity

o Be a deadline orientated and innovative individual, constantly striving for professional excellence and enhancement for the department and throughout the company

o Be enthusiastic and organised, capable of competently addressing multiple tasks and adapting to varying levels of priority situations
