What will I be doing in the role?

In the role as Internal Sales Advisor / Customer Service Advisor you will;

  • Handle inbound calls from our customers looking to make and place orders.
  • You will also advise them with any queries they may have in relation to our products and services.
  • You will be looking for opportunities to cross sell, provide add ons and upsell where possible.
  • There are KPI’s but customer service is our largest motivator
  • You will receive full training and a four week induction exploring all areas of the business in order to fully support you in your role.

For the Internal Sales Advisor / Customer Service Advisor specifically it is important that you will:

  • It would be an advantage to have some product knowledge or come from a related industry however full training will be provided.
  • You will have great soft selling skills
  • You will thrive on delivering excellent customer service whilst providing them with IDS’s services and products
  • A degree of resilience is required and the ability to remain calm during busy periods

  • The working hours are 8:30am – 5pm and 9am – 5:30pm on alternate weeks. Therefore you’ll be working 37.5hrs per week with a one hour lunch break in between.
