Our sales/customer service apprentice will be expected to provide administrative support through our sales processes. Their role will be office based and most client communication will be over the phone and emails

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Tele calling and counselling the lead
  • Lead management and Generating new sales
  • Building a sales pipeline 
  • Fielding telephone calls taking messages and providing assistance when required
  • Confirming customer appointments and meetings
  • Full training will be provided
