What you'll be doing
The Greencore Degree Apprenticeship Programme is an apprenticeship plan designed to help you reach the top. You’ll be working in a market leading, fast growing and dynamic business earning a competitive salary, with the potential to reach a senior manager position in four years (subject to measured and monitored development and performance).
In partnership with Nottingham Trent University, this 4 year’s degree programme will align your studies to real work allowing you to earn as you learn.
From new product development to operations you will have the opportunity gain experience across a variety of functions as you learn about our innovative approach to food.
The programme starts in September 2020 and assessment centres will be held from February 2020.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for individuals with a passion for food, innovation and people. You will also be:
- Highly motivated to grow your career studying for a degree alongside doing a demanding day job.
- Resilient and equipped to take change in your stride.
- Curious, organised and able to use your excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
We are looking for a minimum of 120 UCAS points or can demonstrate previous relevant work experience. To participate in the programme, it is desirable to hold Level 2 Qualification in Maths & English (equivalent to GCSE).
We have opportunities across our 16 sites, so we require flexibility to travel.
