This strikes the ideal balance between going to university and getting a job. You’ll learn how a big international business is run on our Supply Chain apprenticeship programme. You will be placed within customer service, logistics or procurement.

Degree: Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, including a BSc in Leadership and Business Management

University: Aston University Business School 

Work and Study Split: You will spend 4 days per week based at our Bournville office and 1 day per week at university.

Routes for progression post Apprenticeship completion: Towards the end of your apprenticeship the business will support you to apply for any suitable vacant roles in order to progress your career within Mondelez International.


First off, you’ll need a good academic background. This will need to include five GCSEs grades A*- C or equivalent 9 to 5 number grades, including Maths and English plus three A-levels grades of BBC or above, or equivalent.  

You’ll need to be enthusiastic, eager to learn and develop and with strong interpersonal skills. Starting Date Our Apprenticeship programs start every September.
