Key Responsibilities:

  •  Provide excellent customer service to staff
  • Support our Windows & Mac environment
  • To keep employee equipment up to date and in functional order
  • To keep track of various inventory assets and stock checks (Laptops/Mobiles)
  •  Keep track of work and equipment requests via ticketing systems (e.g. Jira)
  • Work with the rest of our IT Support Team
  • Take care of regular administration tasks
