JLL is a global real estate firm dealing with selling, buying, leasing, valuing and managing all types of real estate/property, such as the Shard, Olympic Park, Bluewater Shopping Centre, warehouse and distribution centres, hotels, student accommodation and affordable housing schemes.
Training to be Provided
Advanced Level / Level 3 Surveying Apprenticeship (RICS Accredited)
Minimum grades A-C English and Maths, or equivalent

• Have a keen interest in construction and real estate
As a surveyor, you never really know where your job will take you next and with so many specialisms to choose from, there is something for everyone, from the environment to planning and development, to valuation to project management.
Initially you will be shadowing surveyors and assisting on site visits. As your experience and confidence grows, you would be expected to take on additional roles such as researching projects, attending client meetings, help to assess and manage the cost of projects; prepare and manage programmes of work; and become full member of the team.
There is a possibility that upon completion of this Apprenticeship you will be employed as a full-time, permanent member of staff and supported through additional higher qualifications.
Upon successful completion of this Apprenticeship there is a possibility of being employed on a full-time permanent contract.
