Supporting Lloyds Banking Group in the Early Life Collections stage, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our established team as a Team Manager and to lead and guide your team in your style!


What will you deliver?

  •  To lead, develop and motivate a team to deliver operational requirements by monitoring, co-ordinating and coaching their team in work practices and appropriate behaviours, carrying out employee reviews and managing performance issues
  • To build effective capability in the team.
  •  Ensure that customer needs are met in accordance with our contractual and regulatory commitments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant external and internal regulations, policies, operational control frameworks, procedures through undertaking appropriate control checks
  • Provide leadership, direction and real time management in order to deliver high standards of service excellence, contractual service level agreements and operational metrics

Who are we?

You would be joining our customer experience experts here in our Capita Experience division. Our success is built on over 40 years of understanding the market and understanding customer needs. We currently have 20 UK-based call centres, where we recruit for roles such as customer service, sales, collections and complaint handling.
