Purpose of the role

As our Trainee Administrator Assistant, you will work as part of a team and provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Executive Assistant Team, who support the Executive Leadership Team, Chairman and Board. This would be ideal role for someone who is starting their administrative career.

Key Accountabilities

As part of this role, you will have the following day to day responsibilities:

Support the Executive Assistant Team by providing general office support including, but not limited to, processing of expenses, raising purchase orders, printing, scanning and photocopying
Manage and distribute the post
Assisting the Executive Assistants with air, rail and hotel bookings
Booking taxis for directors and board members
Sourcing venues for meetings and assisting with the bookings
Booking internal meeting rooms and parking spaces for visitors
Greet visitors and provide refreshments
Running errands as required
Ad-hoc projects and support


Knowledge and Skills Required

We're looking for someone who always brings a professional demeanour, combined with good organisational skills. You'll work with a small dedicated team of executive assistants, so you'll need the ability wo work well within a team environment with a positive 'can do' attitude'.

You'll also be exposed to a high degree of confidential material, so discretion is always required.

You will be a proficient user with Microsoft packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
