Want a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity?
Then ICS is for you.

International Citizen Service (ICS) is a UK Government funded programme providing volunteer placements to 18-25 year olds.

ICS is a life-changing opportunity. It will open you up to new friends, experiences and ideas while helping you to build your CV and gain leadership and teamwork skills. Its an opportunity for you to go overseas for 10-12 weeks and work side-by-side with local volunteers on sustainable development projects that create lasting impact. Placements are always part of a wider development programme, where objectives are set in partnership with communities.

As an ICS volunteer you'll be supported every step of the way.

Part of that support includes us paying for the things you need to do before you go overseas, like travel and accommodation for assessment days and training.

It isn't a holiday. It's demanding but hugely rewarding.
