There are three levels of apprenticeships to choose from: 

  • Advanced Apprenticeships - Level 3 (equivalent to 2 A-Levels)
  • Higher Apprenticeships - Level 4 and above (equivalient to a higher education certificate, higher education diploma or a foundation degree)
  • Degree Apprenticeship - Level 6 (equivalent to a bachelor degree)

Also this year, Sanna Shabir, one of our apprentices studying at the College of North West London was named Apprentice of the Year at the annual Consultancy and Engineering ACE Awards.  

Corporate & Social Responsibility

We are passionate about our Corporate & Social Responsibility and work hard with local communities to make a real difference. At a local level our people raise money and volunteer time and skills in support of a wide range of community based activities. At a Group level we are also a patron of REDR and everyone at Atkins gets given 2 days per year to fund-raise for charity.

Armed Forces Covenant – Atkins

The Armed Forces Covenant is a pledge of support for our people who choose to be Reservists, and commits us to sustain and enhance the ways in which that support is demonstrated. We will support you as a reservist to enable you to have both – your career and to support your country. Amongst our people we have a growing number of Armed Forces Reservists, ordinary people who give up their time to train and serve alongside the Army, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force or Royal Marines.
