How do our apprenticeships work?
Our digital apprenticeships provide the ideal blend of technical training and hands on industry experience. You’ll be employed in a real job while studying to achieve an industry recognised qualification, all while earning your own wage!
Through our interactive SMART Classroom, you’ll receive in-depth training that is relevant to your role and industry. By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll have all the skills you need to take the next steps in your career.
As well as technical knowledge, you’ll also gain a whole host of workplace skills that will set you up for life. Transferable human skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving and creativity will give you to confidence to go far in your chosen field.
What is the SMART Classroom?
The SMART Classroom has been designed with our apprentices in mind. This modern training method blends lectures, hands-on practice and instructor interaction to create the most stimulating and successful learning environment possible.
This includes a mix of both group tasks and individual assignments, with opportunities for interaction between learners at every stage. All courses are recorded for up to 6 months after attending the class, making revision even easier.
