Jardine Motors Group is made up of a team of 3,500 colleagues, who represent 20 automotive brands across more than 70 locations in the UK.

Starting out as a family-run dealership in East Anglia, the group has expanded rapidly since its inception and remain focused on our people, truly believing they are our greatest asset.

The Jardine Academy

If you are passionate about customers and want to be the best, we will support you through an intensive, stimulating and rewarding 12-month structured development programme, courtesy of The Jardine Academy.

You will learn about topics such as branding, product knowledge and our approach to delivering an outstanding experience to support our customers whether they are purchasing a vehicle or having their vehicle maintained.

We will work together as you embark on an exciting journey that will include a mix of workshops, e-learning, observations, coaching and ‘on-the-job’ experience.

We will help you realise your true potential, thrive within the automotive retail sector and have a rewarding and successful career.

Whether you are coming up to the end of your time in formal education or are currently employed, looking to re-train, a great way to kick-start your career in our business is through an apprenticeship scheme. We’ve got many opportunities across varying departments that include workshop technicians, sales and business support (for example finance) and administration.

Our Apprentice roles are based across the country at one of our 70 locations and are recruited throughout the year. They offer a great way to learn on the job, from professionals, while earning a professional qualification.

Your apprenticeship will last between 2 and 3 years, depending on subject, and we offer all of the training you need to not-only succeed in your apprenticeship, but to signpost your future career too.
