Well, I am currently working. But I am now looking for something more than just a few hours in a store. I want to study... But I have no qualifications from either school or college. My question is, what can I do? I prefer being practical. And with that I also want to earn. It has to be beneficial from both ways. I hear apprenticeships are worth it, and good. Butane there other ways. Also I wouldn't mind studying but how will I get into uni without any previous qualifcations? Or can I ? I need help, advise, whatever I can be given, please thank you.

    Hi Sam

It sounds like an apprenticeship would be a very positive move for you. If you really have no qualifications then you should aim for the level 2 (intermediate) apprenticeships.

You can always study part time on evening classes. Check out what is available through your nearest FE college. They often hold open days where you can go along and chat to someone so have a look for that on their web site.

Another thing to look out for is "access courses". These are for people who missed out on education when they were young and want to make a fresh start. Every year there are people starting degree course via this route.

    Good luck!

    Chris
