Much as I want to help you it is really difficult to help someone in your predicament over the internet. There are likely to be a number of issue that need to be explored in some depth and this can only be done properly face to face.
To give one example it may well be that you are not hearing back from your applications because you are not giving the right impression. This can be due to a number of reasons including really basic things like spelling errors and so on.
So I can only really advise that you try to sit down with a careers adviser and try to unpick what has been going wrong.
How easy or difficult to arrange this is will depend on where you live. If there is a connexions or careers office near you get in touch with them to see if they are able to offer support. Check on the web site of your local authority to see if they have advisers you can talk to. Also, try asking at your local library if they can point you towards any advice services locally. Finally, colleges of further education often have advisers on their staff.
