Working with young people

I have just finished a btec level three national diploma in children's care learning and development. Since I told the college I wasn't going to university, they didn't give me any advice or help on what type of work to get into. is there any advice that I could have, because im really unsure and I don't want my college course to be for nothing :(
Your former college will have a careers adviser who I'm sure will be happy to advise you. Ring them and enquire about this!
With a BTEC Diploma at level 3 you can apply for apprenticeships in the broad field of health and care. You should visit the Find an Apprenticeship site and check what's currently available in your local area.
